With a cooking surface around 47cm in diameter allows you to grill your favourites meats and with the lid on, offers in-direct oven type cooking. The dome has a thermometer that allows you to oven roast, smoke meats, steam, or bake with confidence! The Cadac Carri Chef 2 BBQ, is a low-pressure barbecue and can run off either a Propane or Butane gas bottle. This special edition of the Carrie Chef 2 comes with the Chef Pan and the Plancha.
